1. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of high-quality Christmas-themed products, including decorations, festive apparel, and unique gifts. All of our items are carefully selected to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and design. From stylish T-shirts to holiday accessories, we have something for everyone this Christmas season.

2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order on our website is easy! Simply browse through our product categories, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, go to the checkout page, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Germany. However, we are planning to expand our international shipping options soon. Stay tuned for updates!

4. How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-day delivery (available for certain areas)

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.

5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to offer competitive rates and multiple shipping options to meet your needs.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

7. What is your return policy?

8. How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at ivan.lebedev7443@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your package through the carrier’s website.

10. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re considering adding this option in the future, so keep an eye out for updates!
